Account and sign-in

• If you signed up with email and forgot your password, use the password reset step on the sign-in screen.
• If you signed up with Google or Apple, always sign in the same way; a different method may create a different account.
• When you sign in to the same account on a new phone, your memories open automatically; there’s nothing else to do.

Video recording and upload

• Video memories are part of the Celestial subscription and are up to 10 seconds long.
• If the camera or microphone doesn’t work, make sure Caelum has camera and microphone access in your phone’s Settings.
• If an upload stops halfway, check your connection and try again. The video is compressed and encrypted on your phone before upload, which can take a few seconds.
• One memory can be kept per day.

Storage

Each account has 500 MB of storage. When it is full, new videos can’t be uploaded; you can keep writing memories. Write to us if you need help.

Subscription and payment

• Subscriptions are bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play.
• To cancel: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.

Restoring purchases

If you moved to a new phone or Celestial isn’t showing: in the app, go to Settings → Restore purchases. You must be signed in with the App Store or Google Play account you bought the subscription with.

Privacy and data protection

For requests about your personal data (access, correction, deletion), write to privacy@appcaelum.com. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
